MANAGEMENT
Attila Dobos
CEO
My role is to lead the company. Creating a platform where visions, competencies and efforts can meet to create something extraordinary is the job I find the most fascinating to do. I consider myself exceptionally lucky for loving my job and actively contributing to one of the most turbulent and exciting fields of our present: artificial intelligence.

Levente Szabados
CTO
Mind is my vocation. Throughout my quests in different intellectual domains - as a Buddhist theologian, as a lecturer in cognitive sciences or as researcher in the field of artificial intelligence - the basic theme remains: How does complexity emerge? How do networks give rise to intelligent behaviour? How can be this process be understood and what are its implications? I believe in the union of theory and practice, of inner contemplation, hard research and business oriented innovation, so when Analogy came into being, it inspired me on three levels: as “philosophy”, an interesting problem domain about human and machine “thought”; as something of potentially great use - great solutions to be developed, and a strong market opportunity; and as "community", a Team of innovative and enthusiastic people. My role is: move and guide the process of self-organization, and let excellence emerge!

Péter Szabó
Domain Expert
I like the idea of actively shaping the kind of world that we really want to live in. Analogy creates space for such a world by making the success stories of people accessible for the inspiration of other people. My expertise is to make it more likely for people to detect their favorite stories from the past and their preferred ones for the future. Mostly I ask questions: So what is your favorite story which represents the beginning of a better world?

Sára Krémer
UX Designer
Hey there,
Let me tell you a story about the walkways on a new college campus: The architect resisted the urge to figure it out in advance where to put the paved walkways. At the end of the first year they looked at the worn away grass to find out which way do the students usually take. It was only then that they created paved walkways.
My role is very similar to this architect's role: I let you take your own way in the world of the products built by us, the Analogy team, and then create, improve and rebuild the design based on your needs, habits and attitudes.
Before Analogy I worked as a Shop Window Designer, Recruiter/Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Martial Art Instructor and even a Childminder in a nursery - now I belong to the Analogy team as a UX designer.
The best thing is that magically all of my previous experiences seam to be super useful since my role within the team is quite complex: I am a designer as well as a user experience researcher. Mmm… what else?! Outside work I am practicing yoga and travel around the world.

For me Analogy is about sharing and applying the experience I have gained during eight years of sales activities in different fields like IT, Telecommunication and Business Intelligence sectors. Additionally it is about exploring and living Analogy's inspiring organizational culture which provides ways for personal growth. My main tasks are the continuous exploration of the global market to understand where Analogy can create the most value, to establish business cooperation and partnerships accordingly, while creating and leveraging working strategies for highest potential business opportunities and to ensure winning them.

Balázs Kulcsár
Full Stack Software Engineer
My expertise is to understand and to bring together the needs and requirements of different fields of software development in order to deliver the best solution to a given problem. This expertise cames from 20 years of coding, and maybe ten+ years of system administration experience. I've started in 1994 with C & assembly, slowly moved forward to the web with PHP & Java in the begining of 2000s, then switched to Python and Ruby as they matured. Besides coding, my day-to-day jobs regularly included network administration tasks, like building network infrastructure, installing (*nix) servers, configuring them, and then to keep them alive. (I always worked for small companies, where you _have to_ solve problems. with the resources you have. fast.) I had my own four years long business in the financial software industry, with excellent colleagues and friends, whom I learned a lot about the problems of business analysis, project management, and financial planning. I'm not an expert in any of these, but I'm familiar with their line of thoughts, so I can understand the software development process as a whole, started from the first idea, to the delivery of a solution.

Tamás Ducsai
Software Developer, Ruby Consultant
I started to program professionally nearly a decade ago.
I'm a full-stack web developer with an extensive background in Ruby and the well-known Ruby on Rails framework.
It was a love at first sight when I first encountered these technologies at a Hungarian Web Conference in 2005. I've worked on several commercial and research projects since that time, using them daily and exploiting the advantages of these powerful tools.
I have a can-do attitude and very good problem solving skills.
I'm a new technology enthusiast and always willing to learn or experiment with something new.
